Our flagship, the classic of the winery.
An elegant single-variety albariño with a fruity, crisp and delicate character. Every year we pick the grapes late, taking a risk, giving the vines time to develop the grapes to their full expression
Selection in the vineyard is pure craftsmanship, a skilled job that culminates in the winery with our own cold maceration process.

A rare bird in its geographical area. A white caíño from La Capellanía de San Juan estate. A personal labour, full of character, from a plot that belonged to the count of Canillas and later the the priest of San José. A vineyard with a history that gives us just a few kilos of grapes every year.
